This painting is of the skyline of Atlanta, GA. The skyline of the city is along a long, extended NS corridor - this painting shows the original part of downtown high rise development along Peachtree. The view is from just off North Side Drive. Georgia Tech (my alma matter) is in the middle ground, or tree lined area. Most of this was painted on location.
