Hudson River Rocks

I painted this watercolor this past year, along the Hudson River after hauling my paints and such high up on steep rocks. I sat crosslegged and finished it in that sitting, and had to be careful getting up again as I was stiff and close to the edge. The rocks were bold and seemed to vibrate and sing. I enjoyed painting that day.
