Oil on Canvas of a place in Tennessee where I have painted for the last 10 years. Deep in the woods. early in the morning I trek into the steep holler to paint spring emergence. It is exciting to see what comes from these painting excursions on my own. The knives fly quickly as work to capture the fleeting light.
