During isolation, my family went back to the family house on a small village. That way, we could isolate, while being outside, so I got my brushes and oils and went to the garden. One of the paintins I made was from my grandfather house that symbolizes a lot to me: childhood, no worries, family, and a big exemple from my recent deceased grandfather. It was a Winter day, but so sunny, I just recalled every time spent there, while painting every stroke. I tried to capture the beauty of the place but also, the ambiguity of the winter/summer-like-day, and tried to do a tribute to my grandparents that I loved and admired.
