Although I’m a novice when it comes to cooking with bok choy, it’s hard to not be enamored with its beauty. As springtime rolled around last year, I found myself seeking only bright and fresh subjects to paint…so of course, when strolling the aisles of my local supermarket, this little lovely called to me.
